- Games consist of best of 7 – 5x singles of 401 and 2x doubles of 501. Straight start
double finish. - Singles to be drawn before play starts, home team can choose the order of play
once drawn. Away captain chooses first. Pairs to be drawn at the end of the
singles matches. - Standard height from the floor to the bullseye on the dartboard is 5 feet 8 inches,
while the oche (distance between the front of the board and the toeline) should
measure 7 feet 9.25inches. - Surnames must be added to the match card
- 180’s and outshots higher than 100 to be recorded on the match card, any not on
the match card will not be counted - Home team to mark, away team to call (can be swapped on agreement of
players) - Away team to throw for bull first in the 1st leg, home team if a 3rd leg is needed
- No Bust Rule applies
- Games to start at 8:30pm
- A team can start to claim games when no opposition player is present and then
every 15 minutes from then. - Responsibility of the home captain to provide the score to the Thursday Darts
Whats App Group by lunchtime Saturday. - Once a player has played for one team in any given season, they are not allowed
to play for another unless they submit a transfer request. - A transfer request must be made in writing to the committee with reasons for the
transfer. The player should not throw a dart for the new team until they have
received written confirmation from the committee that their request has been
approved. - Electronic scoreboards only to be used upon agreement of both captains at the
start of the game. - Summer and Winter Leagues to be played as separate entities.
- If there are 2 divisions the bottom 3 teams from division 1 will be relegated, the
top 3 teams of division 2 will be promoted. - New teams to start at the bottom of division 2.
- If there is a league imbalance the next highest team in division 2 will also be
promoted. - Violence or bad sportsmanship will not be tolerated, any player found guilty of
such behaviour will be suspended from the league. - All dartboards must have a raised oche.
